This hotel was really good. Its convenient location near the court for our civil marriage greatly eased our schedules. The staff welcomed us with warmth. They met our requests with efficiency and care. Mai in marketing and Selvia in reception enhanced our stay with a late checkout.
The canal had jetskis playing all day. It was also noisy from pool music. There was little chance to really relax.

Breakfast choices are diverse. The selection includes fresh fruit like lychees and mangosteens. A staff member uses falcons to deter birds from disturbing guests.

The hotel features a large, warm pool. Staff provide frozen fruit, water, and drinks poolside. They even cleaned our glasses during our visits.

The hotel is extremely close to the grand Mosque. You can reach Tings Ire Jamacia restaurant in 20 minutes. The Louvre is also only 20 minutes away.

Our room was modern. It also felt spacious. The large bathroom offered all necessities. A cozy balcony displayed a beautiful view for enjoyment.

Mixed experience. Some issues noted
volume of arrivalsantiquated shower
i waited a long time for our room. i was continually confused with a large indian wedding party. it felt as if they could not manage the volume of arrivals professionally. the room was comfortable, though i didn't like the antiquated shower that dropped. i also did not like the unfriendly large soap dispensers, and these made it cheap.

The hotel is huge. this is great for families. staff showed really good service. their hospitality is above and beyond. salman, abdurahman, mandeep, and ira were helpful . i loved the international food choices. The food was AMAZING!!!
I think management needs to improve. It symbolically looks nice but didn't feel any heart or soul, except from the diverse, kind, humble staff.

the restaurant has international food choices; this is great. the breakfast each morning had many options; i was spoilt for choice. service was always prompt and friendly.
